2. Coaching Services

Soulshine Coaching provides life coaching services designed to support personal growth, clarity, and intentional change. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused partnership. It is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health care.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential. Soulshine Coaching will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Payment terms and cancellation policies are outlined in your individual coaching agreement. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Soulshine Coaching reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Soulshine Coaching is not liable for any outcomes resulting from coaching sessions. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is a supportive process, and results will vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and content provided by Soulshine Coaching — including the SoulSpark Method — are the intellectual property of Soulshine Coaching and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

Soulshine Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
